Аннотация:
This article examines cultural and civilization approaches to modern models, methods and technologies of psychological management of international and internal political conflicts. In today’s world there is a vast multitude of various methods, means and technologies for psychological warfare to impact con-flicts. However, a detailed analysis shows that all of them have clear cultural and civilization-related difference and can be conditionally combined within the framework of four primary ideological ap-proaches: Anglo Saxon, Eastern Asiatic, Middle Eastern (Islamic) and Western European (Roman-Germanic). In article the basic requirements to the Russian national model of psychological manage-ment by conflicts also are put forward and proved.
