Аннотация: В статье подвергнуты анализу проблемы, возникающие в связи с тем, что психологический опыт справедливости включает в себя реактивные антиальтруистические эмоции. Такие эмоции по видимости противоречат центральной части нормативного содержания морали – требованию совершать инициативные альтруистические поступки. Некоторые философы морали и моралисты устраняют подобное противоречие, пытаясь обосновать тезис, что подлинная справедливость никак не связана с реактивными антиальтруистическими переживаниями, такими как негодование и, в особенности, мстительность и зависть. В статье используются выводы исследований по социальной психологии, социобиологии, психологии морального развития для того, чтобы продемонстрировать ошибочность этого утверждения. Месть и зависть выступают в качестве энергетической основы и смутного прообраза развитого чувства справедливости. Однако такая связь не дискредитирует психологический опыт справедливости, поскольку и мстительные, и завистливые эмоциональные импульсы ограничиваются и существенным образом преобразуются в процессе морального развития.
